A quorum was present. Ruby Chiu<\/span> assumed the role of Chairperson to preside over the meeting.  The objectives of the meeting, procedures for voting and asking questions were explained.  <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruby Chiu<\/span> <\/b><\/strong><\/span>was elected as Chairperson <\/b><\/strong>Stuart Sanders <\/b><\/strong><\/span>was elected as Deputy Chairperson and <\/b><\/strong>Norman Tan <\/b><\/strong><\/span>was elected as Secretary. <\/b><\/strong>Jamie Cheung <\/b><\/strong><\/span>was elected as team Leader<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n
