They are the opposite of <strong>animal-based agriculture<\/strong> that is destructive to the environment.&nbsp; Cattle are associated with greenhouse gas emissions which they produced thru their digestive systems.&nbsp; Their products of raw red meat and processed meat are linked to heart diseases and colorectal cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: hidden; border-color: #000000; It has no synthetic pesticides and fertilisers that can cause human suffering from many kinds of allergies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-89be8bdfb496cecff83928c21554ba56\" style=\"color:#7030a0\"><strong>Moderation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b44ad9cadaf3f2160fbaef9a57404657\" style=\"color:#538135\">Reducing intake of raw red meat and processed meat while increasing intake of cooked lean meat, fruits, vegetable, whole grains and fish to stay heathy day by day. &nbsp;Here below is <strong>new food pyramid<\/strong> replacing the old version for reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2ad33f5f8e28f68167893a75cce2ce81\" style=\"color:#538135\">Your action matter, together, we can have a better future and a healthier physical wellbeing<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
