Dear Alumni,

Hope you are doing well. We need your support and assistance to make the annual general meeting 2025 happen

Date: 13 December 2025 Saturday

Time: 6:30 pm

Place: Passione, at Lee Tung Avenue, 囍滙, Wan Chai MTR Station Exit D

All Curtin graduates in Hong Kong are the members of our alumni association. If you still have not received our email invite for event registration, you can register for this meeting by our invitation post on website https://www.curtinalumni.hk

For quorum compliance with the Constitution, we need you proxy when you are absent from the meeting. Attached is Proxy Form again. We shall be most grateful for the absentee’s proxy emailed to [email protected].
